Edward is currently the Executive Director of Marketing & Communication, and the Chief Marketing Officer at Dallas Theological Seminary. Edward believes that “everything hinges on marketing” and that today’s graduate enrollment management teams must become experts in executing data-driven campaigns that out smart, not out spend, the competition — especially those enrollment managers who recruit for niche programs. Edward also shares ideas on how institutions can better the student experience to reduce friction — from initial inquiry all the way through graduation.
